Mercedes Benz using Inferior Parts

I want to tell the whole wide world just how bad Mercedes Benz is when it comes to customer service. I have a C63 AMG whose brakes squeel like a pig. I escalated this to MBSA who says that its normal from y car to do this. When I invited them to drive three other AMG's at my own cost and prove to me why the brakes dont do that they fail to come back to me. In the mean time I drive around like this - embarrassing. Dealt with a guy called Bradley who promised to email me their findings - i am still waiting. Now the car went for its first service at Rosebank Mercedes benz ... after specifically emailing the service Advisor that they must use Mobil 1 Oil they went ahead and used Shell Utra saying that its mercedes benz approved. There is a sticker on the engine and in the handbook that only Mobil 1 is to be used. How can they scimp on cost on a performance engine like a C63 AMG. I know of other dealerships that use Mobil 1 .... I welcome mercedes benz to comment on their dodgy behaviour.

how can they use alternate oils when the recommended oil is available? They did they same for the battery change as well. Instead of using a varta silver they used an inferior make.
