I purchased my new c class in july 2011from Sandown Motors rosebank. Ive previously bought new Toyota, Renault, BMW, Honda and VW vehicles with no problems. This is the first, and by my poor experience , my last purchase of a Mercedes Benz vehicle. My expectations were not met at all by what is widely regarded as a premium brand. . I paid for safety bands to be fitted to my tyres as an option on the vehicle. this took 3 visits to the workshop to do. Furthermore, the bands were not fitted to my vehicle - i noticed this only after experiencing a puncture 6 months later! No talk of compensation by merc. The vehicle vibrates at high speed and air noise enters the cabin. Poor service by the technical guys in sorting this out. This should not happen to a new vehicle Mercedes benz, this is not how you get customers loyally buying your product again and again. |
