I drive a Vito bus and I am on vacation in Scottburgh on the South Coast. The car's aircon stopped working and the heater is stuck on the hottest setting. I explained to the service consultant that I have a lady of 70 and a baby of 2 in the car and that I needed assistance to either fix the problem or atlest turn the heater off. They were unwilling to assist at the Durban branch and I had the same experience at the Umhlanga branch. In both cases I was told that they were to busy to assist. Just as I started forgetting why I bought an Audi Q7 instead of an ML - they remind me! I have had the Vito for five years and have had nothing except poor service from Mercedes. They just don't care about the customer. |
