bad service from dealer Boksburg

I complain to Mercedes boksburg that my ml 350 cdi 2010 model has a problem sometimes not starting sent the car in December 2011 they told me to have spare key handy with I did -they replaced the battery in normal key in January the car would not start again with both key's I sent the car in again and also for a service I was told they need spares from Germany I also told them I am leaving for holiday the 27 of January they told me it was a key problem I advice to make sure and after 2 day's ask for a loan car they in return gave my car back got a sms 24/01 that they have the new key I took the car in by 09hoo and by then they realised they had another problem they sent me home I again reminded them I need my car I going on holiday 16h00 I received a call say they picking the new part up in Pretoria and asking why did not it early in the day lots of stories I ask for a loan car lots of stories I phones Mercedes head office and was told they deal with problem in 48 hours they told me to delay my holiday till they can repair my car I will sell my car as soon as possible and WILL never drive a Mercedes AGAIN or Mercedes Boksburg will never see me again
