BAD SERVICE

I contacted them to book my vehicle for a service and the lady booking the vehicle was not available and I was told they will phone me back as she was busy. I waited a few hours that day for them to call me back and they did not so I called the afternoon and still the lady taking the booking was busy so I left it, only the next day she phoned me. So I thought it was just a communication problem for them and so I ignored it. This week I phoned again as I do have a problem with the vehicle not starting properly so I phoned again and experienced the same problem and I told it to the lady and then the phone was dropped while I explained it to her. In general I think the service is very bad of Bedfordveiw as the people do not contact a person back.
