| I am VERY interested in purchasing a new generation mercedes benz c-class. I brought my existing car (a BMW) through to your offices for an evaluation. Prior to that, I made 4 calls to speak to a salesperson, was promised callbacks but it never materialised. I eventually resorted to physically coming onto your premises to get things done. Guys, I want to spend over 400k with your company, it boggles my mind that I have to resort to Hello Peter in order to get you to take my business. Give me feedback on what my trade-in value is, if it's sufficient to settle, I will sign on the dotted line there and then. I'm not even a customer as yet and I am already getting pathetic service. I am highly upset and flabbergasted that in this economic climate this actually happens. This really is my last attempt at trying to purchase one of your cars. If it can't be done here then I will be forced to go to another provider that actually wants my business. ps: I am on going on a cruise and will be available on the 20th of Jan only.
