3 X Service Failure + No callback

I own a 2011 ML63 and after sending it in for service 3x for wind noise, the problem still hasn't been fixed. This has been an issue since September 2011. Each time the service centre assured me the problem was found and would be solved, but up until today, the problem persists. Furthermore, the service manager hasn't called me back after numerous messages.

I am extremely upset at this disservice. I expected much more from such a so-called prestigious brand, especially with such a top of the range SUV involved. It's clear that Mercedes has failed in service delivery and that they just don't seem to care about the customer's needs. I am fed up with having to keep taking the car in for such a small issue - It's basically new and I expected it to be fixed. Frankly, I find the service centre to be incompetent - not only is it a hassle for me to keep running up and down, but a huge waste of time! They should rather have sent the vehicle in to another, more experienced service centre instead of lying to me.

I am seriously considering selling the car to buy a BMW X5 after this ordeal. One thing is for sure though - I certainly won't buy, much less recommend Mercedes to anyone ever again
