Since making a complaint yesterday I was contacted by Siddeeq from Denis Customer Care. At first I thought it would turn into a round-about of the same excuses & inefficiencies previously experienced when he asked me to obtain the correct procedure codes from the surgeon. I truly believe these codes should exist for the general public to access. What a joke when the medical aid wont provide you with the correct codes, they maintain they exist but want your doctor to provide them, my doctor maintains he has checked and re-checked and cant provide the correct codes. What is this? Anyway for now problem sorted! Siddeeq I don't know what you did but THANKS. Some or other panel has re-evaluated my request and authorization has been approved. Albeit with co-payments and conditions. Yay Siddeeq for CEO :) |
