Hi Medihelp I am extremely happy with the service you have given me, If it wasent for you I most likely could have died, my present issue is this, I am going for a procedure on my left eye next tuesday, I phoned in with the relevant codes and after all was done I was told I would be getting a final confirmation code via sms and it would be sent to the hospital as well. I have not recieved the sms yet , can we please resolve as I dont like doing things at the last minute and the days are slowly moving on. I would like the code so I can phone it through to the opthamologists reception. Please help. My medical aid mumber is 6527329. Many Thanks |

Hello ian47, As telephonically discussed on 23 January 2012, Medihelp confirmed that the authorisation letter in respect of the approval for the proposed procedure on 31 January 2012 was sent to you per post on 20 January 2012 and also sent to you per e-mail on 23 January 2012.
