| I completed a membership application form on Saturday 03/12/2011 on the Medihelp web site. Less than 48 hours later, and that being over a weekend I got a response saying I have been enrolled with Medihelp. This was really the quickest response I have ever got. Previously I joined medical aid A (don't want to bad mouth their name on a other medical aid's compliment, they put me on a 3-month waiting period where I did not have the benefit of ANY medical treatment in private hospitals. And the broker of medical aid A did not give me that piece of information before hand and I have a chronic condition. With Medihelp they accepted me immediately even with my chronic condition. The medical aid I were on this year, medical aid B, made all sorts of promises for unlimited benefits after reaching my safety net. Thank you Medihelp for your quick service and the Afrikaans call center are really appreciated, you don't get Afrikaans speaking consultants anywhere else! I am very impressed so far and I am not even active yet! I believe I'm going to enjoy being a member with you! | |||
