Since my recent diagnosis of breast cancer I have had numerous interactions with the different departments mostly claims and pmb. Everyone has been kind, efficient and understanding and gone out of their way to sort out the numerous problems caused by Doctors and suppliers who gave wrong codes etc. It is a difficult time for me but the help I have received has made this journey easier. To know the staff are so knowledgeable and able to assist so readily is a tribute and compliment to the senior staff who train these people as well as the company.
