| My wife was referred for a mammogram and all the necessary pre authorizations were applied for. Medihelp then said they first have to investigate before approval. After checking all the negative comments about Medihelp and due to the urgency of the matter we decided to go ahead with without waiting for Medihelp. We used their network as per Rules. The account was settled by Medihelp without our knowledge. I was set up for a fight about payment and "authorities" but it was not necessary. Our Heavenly Father must have used someone within Medihelp to resolve. The Glory goes to Him. To Medihelp: Well Done | |||
