Welcome pack? My doctor?

So I signed up with Medihelp. Got great service until now! I was told to phone Medihelp today as I need to choose which doctor I want to use. My membership only started today. I get no answer in the call centre. I'm still awaiting my welcome pack. I do not have my medical aid card NOTHING!!! the welcome pack was apparently sent out on the 17th of January. I still have not received it.

Don't let me regret signing up with you guys already! I want answers TODAY!

As telephonically discussed on 1 February 2012, it was confirmed that Medihelp will provide you with your membership card and your welcome pack as soon as possible. Medihelp however provided you with your proof of membership per email on 1 February 2012.

Please accept our sincerest apology for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced with the delay in finalising your application of membership.
