I had a case where I had balarzia on my spinal cord, I lost the use of my legs, so now I am trying to register the case as an PMB. The PMB department only registered the account where it says that the lesion is smaller and paid that one, but now they want to explain my benefits if I am trying to register the first scan where it showed the doctors the lesion on my spinal cord. Why they decided that, they would know, and this is really frustrating for I do not have money to pay this, it is a rare case but nooooo mam let me explain your benefits.... I know what my benefits are, what are you going to do about my account that I want to register for PMB? Is my payment each month only half the price you are asking me? |

Hello J84A85, As telephonically discussed on 16 January 2012, Medihelp reconsidered the radiology services rendered on 27 September 2011 and 24 October 2011 by Dr Krige and partners for Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMB). The relevant accounts has since been rectified and resubmitted as PMB services. Details of these transactions will be reported on a future summarised statement. Kind regards Medihelp Customer Care |
