LESINDA FORREST AND RONEL CRAUSE HAS DEALT WITH MY QUERIES THE PAST FEW DAYS, RONEL PASSED IT ON TO LESINDA WHICH FROM DAY ONE UNDERMIND ME AS A CLIENT. I HAVE ASKED HER MANY A TIMES TO SEND DOCUMENTS, NOTHING RECEIVED YET. SHE DEMANDED THAT I PAY THE AGREED INSTALLMENTS COMMENCING ON 31/01/2012, WHICH I CLEARLY STATED I CAN'T AND SHE REFUSED MY OFFER. I AGREED TO PAY AT LEAST R100 BY END JANUARY AND SHE STILL REFUSED. SHE SAID THE SCHEME WILL RECOVER THE DEBT STARTING 1 FEB 2012 IF THEY DO NOT RECEIVE THE INSTALLMENT BY END JAN 2012. I HAVE EXP[LAINED THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO START THE REPAYMENT AT THEIR REQUESTED DATE AND HAVE INSTRUCTED LESINDA TO PURSUE LEGAL AID IN THE MATTER IF THEY CANNOT ACCOMMODATE MY REQUEST. ALL I'M ASKING IS FOR EXTENTION TILL END FEB AND AS PREVIOUSLY ASKED, A DETAILED ACCOUNT SUMMARY FOR MY FILES, AND WOULD APPRECIATE A RESPONSE. THANK YOU |

Hello richelles, In terms of rule 13.1 of the Medihelp Rules, it is stipulated that the member is responsible for the full applicable subscription which is payable on the first day of each subsequent calendar month. Upon receipt of your e-mail dated 23 January 2012 in which you stipulated that you will only commence with the payment of your debt at the end of February 2012. In response to your e-mail, Medihelp requested you to keep to your initial agreement as established on 20 January 2012, in order to avoid the Scheme from proceeding with legal action against you. You are therefore advised to keep to your initial agreement. Failure to do so will result in your debt being handed over, with the inclusion of additional legal charges, which will also be your responsibility. Kind regards Medihelp Customer Care |
