No feedback,no approval

Afternoon,
I e-mail ,at the beginning December 2011,a prescription(MCJ PARK) for approval.Vectoryl 4 mg qty 30 instead of 15.Medicine for high blood pressure.Monday 19/12/2011 i asked again and on Friday 23/11/2011 i phoned again and talked to Lucky who assured me that the application were approved.I made way to my chemist 20 kilo's away and he show me a printout that the chronic medicine were not approved.So i phoned again and with Lucky at lunch i spoke to George.He also assured me that the prescription were approved.I confront him with the printout and he told me that the system had to upgrade.I had to pay in full for the medicine because we left for New Zealand on the 25/12/2011.We return on the 23/01/2012 and i send another e-mail without any success.No feedback,no approval and i had to pay my fee every month.

Hello johanpark,

As telephonically discussed on 2 February 2012, Medihelp confirmed that your wife's chronic medicine application was approved on 23 December 2011. As your details with regards to chronic medicine approvals is only updated on Mediscor's side the following day, this approval was only effective for dispensing on 24 December 2011. Due to this reason, your wife was unable to receive her chronic medication on 23 December 2011.

Medihelp also liaised with Dischem Loch Logan pharmacy on 2 February 2012, to confirm that your wife's chronic medication was approved and that your details was updated with Mediscor. Julize confirmed that they provided you with the medication.

Please accept Medihelp's sincerest apology for any inconvenience or frustration caused as a result thereof.
