I was sold a medical aid By Kagiso wrt a Medihelp Medical plan... I thought she was most helpfull but it turns out that the she was just as bad at ommitting information as Erika... Edward, is only focused on inforcing the rules, not really doing anything about a customer problem, even though he is placed at the Customer Care Centre and his manager is worse...
Are all your consultants on Auto Pilot? Our rules are... We did not lie... We did not ommit important decision making information...
We will take your money, because we can...
Disgusting!! I am willing to bet they won't sell half the medical aid policies they do if they are honest about it!

As telephonically discussed on 6 January 2012, it was established that in terms of your contract of service with your new entity of employment, you are required to enrol with Discovery Health medical scheme. Medihelp requested that you provide us with a letter from your employer stipulating that you are obliged to enrol with Discovery Health medical scheme as well as a membership certificate from Discovery Health medical scheme confirming your membership.
