I Previously Stated:"I must congratulate them on their response and taking the responsibility to rectify the matter. Lets hope I get Refunded" The latter has NOT YET HAPPENED, although I was assured it would possible happen on Friday or on the 20th this month. In the mean time - I have had my annual increase in my premium "which I did not and have not hesitated to pay" And I feel sorry for the Poor people at the customer service desk while the CEO sits on his big leather recliner and watches the bank balance. I DARE YOU MR FAT CAT to call me, I want to speak to YOU not someone you pay a pittence to listen to me and who takes your punches. Right - so lets get this straight - dont call me with your empty promises, dont respond on Hello P with empty promises to make yourselves look like you are Proactive and centered around customer care. Pay where it is due BOTTOM LINE, if you would like to get the FAT CAT to give me a call please feel free, but in doing so make him aware that is aint going to be a nice chat over a cuppa tea. Hello mdw1973, As telephonically discussed on 9 February 2012, Medihelp confirmed that the account for UCT medical centre in respect of services rendered on 23 July 2011 was resubmitted for benefits. You will therefore be reimbursed with the amount of R5,878.10 with Medihelp's payment run of 10 February 2012. This amount will reflect in your bank account within five (5) working days. Please accept Medihelp's sincerest apology for the inconvenience and frustration caused with regards to the non-payment of the said account as well as the manner in which your enquiry was handled. | Utterly Disgusted: I was telephonicaly told funds were been paid on the 10/2/12 as stated above, I got an SMS on Saturday 11/2/12, 7:09am stating the funds will now be paid on the 16/2/2012, and sent a statement by the Fat Cat CEO saying the same, So they are Absolute LIARS as well. As for the statement stating that Interest would be charged on all outstanding amts, I would like to know if that applies to my outstanding amt too?
