I have requested a pre-authorisation number to see a specialist about 4 weeks ago. After no reply, I have phoned numerious times to the call centre holding the line for 20 - 40 minutes each time where after I gave up. I finally got through on wednesday but they couldnt confirm my request, I am still waiting and my appointment is coming up on Wednesday!!!!! |
