| on the 07/11/2011 at 14h20pm I aclled the medihelp necesse dept, spoke to Isabelle Makalane, who I made enquiries with about my 2012 benefits as I wanted to know if there will be funds available for my condition that I have, I queationed her about my stockingd for my leg, specialist benefit, doppler tests as it wasnot stipulated in my 2012 benifit guide and I struggled to get payment this past year. She put me on hold asked her team leader Anetjie Engelbrecht who told her to inform me that I need to call in the last week in dec for her to confirm with me, which I think is so ridiculous as memebers have received benefit guide, why is it that the Team leaders cannot assist with the queries that we have nad by the last week in dec it will be too late for me to change my benefit option if I am not happy with my benefits on the necesse option. I think this attitude is really appauling as staff are not willing to help members and they are not the the slightest interested in your best interest as she asked me to call back after the period has expired for me to change benefit options, this is just appauling!! | |||

Finally some one with insight and knowledge gave me a call, a lady by the name of nicole. Very helpful an kind a caring, I think she should be in a managerial position, as she has what it takes.. What a pleasure it was speaking to some one who knows what they are talking about,. |
