I have tried to get some answers from Medihelp about payment to one of the after care providers after my mothers stroke. I need the account to be settled in full so that I can claim the pre-admission fee back from the after care provider.
After my 1st. phone call, (Ref.No.T8033087) I was told there was something wrong with the account and it has to be sent to the Medihelp hospital accounts department to be reviewed. Further phone calls to the call centre have not helped.
