Hi Medihelp, I have an important query which I need answered but for some reason I cannot get through to your call centre as the number is always busy... And when I did eventually get through at 15:41pm, the automated recording told me that the call centre was CLOSED! THEN the voice said it is open between 7am and 4pm... WHY WAS IT CLOSED AT 15:41pm??? AND why don't you have a call waiting system in place like any other large company? And the reason I am not sending an email query is that you take a very long time before responding. The query I have: Does medihelp cover me when I go diving? Or, is there any cover available to which I can subscribe? Disappointed customer, Andre |
