I bought a Big Mac from the Milnerton branch, after arriving home we found that there was only one patty on it. I took pictures and emailed them on Saturday morning. I received an SMS with a case number soon after i sent the email. I then received a phone call on SUNDAY from the branch offering me a replacement burger. And this morning I got another call from their customer care checking to see if the matter was resolved. I am so impressed that this can be sorted out so quickly, 10/10! |
