I had a complaint about a burger and then customer service. well it took alittle work but finally customer service and mcdonald HQ stood up and agreed to deal with the complaint. Also in the future they agreed to look at all the hello pete complaints and attempt to convert them into compliments. i can say; they have converted my complaint into a Compliment. well done Mc D customer do seem to matter to you! regards Jarbek |
