Most voices that you hear on the intercom when placing an order are unclear and they never seem to listen. There is always noise in the background. Lindo was a pleasure to deal with. He was clear, didn't ask unnecessary questions, processed the order efficiently and then greeted us at the window with a smile. Well done! He deserves a promotion to trainer! |
