Good day, I submitted a complaint this morning about Mcdonalds, Springs. I have emailed their customer care as well. I had a phone call from Thulani, who couldn't stop appologising for the managers' way of handling the situation. Apparantly they do have access to the remote of the TV and they can change channels. The info given by the manager was incorrect. I was told the particular manager will be attented to. Thank you |
