Hi Just want to thank Ernst for his great attitude on Saturday. I got the wrong order, only noticed when I opened the box to eat my burger. Anyways tired of working straight through from Friday to Saturday afternoon. I called and did not complain, just notified him regarding what happened. He informed me that they have some new trainees and only once I left the drive-thru they picked up their error. He apologized and said that I can bring the receipt to redeem the meal at their cost. I went in later that night got the meal free of charge. Now from the first time I spoke to Ernst til I left he was very professional. While standing in the queue waiting for my meal, I noticed that Ernst wasn't just standing around arms folded and supervising like 99% of all managers usually do. NO this guy who needs to be commended, was right there in the kitchen taking the heat of the Saturday night rush and making sure that everyone gets their meal. Please promote Ernst so he can train other managers in how to run a proper franchise. |
