Hello Peter, I would like to thank Thulisile and Fikile of Moyanga - I'd like to believe that they are Mcdonalds franchise. About 2 to 3 weeks ago I was over charged for my order at Mcdonalds drive through while using a debit card - I must say with little hope that had after I’ve informed the store manager at that time few minutes after realising the extra charge.-I however managed to keep and provide necessary documents/slips to prove the extra charge - I was asked to contact head office and they (Thulisile Nkiwane ’thuli@moyanga.co.za’ and Fikile) handled this matter so well and before I knew it my refund was processed – keep it up guys. as we speak i’m not afraid to use my card again much appreciated. |
