| I have to commend the McDonald franchise for their customer service delivery. Last night while at a local McDonalds drive thru I was not given all the items that I had perchased. I then called their customer care line when I realised this at home and spoke to a very helpful lady named Sam who logged a complaimt for me. I then proceeded to go back to McDonald Boksburg and request my missing item, and with no hastle was helped by the staff. I was told by Sam that I shall receive feedback within 48hours, however to my surprise I had heard from both McDonalds Boksburg as well as head office before 1pm. I have to say thank you and commend the franchise for putting their customers first. | |||
