| HEADLINE | A great experience after a hard day's travel |

| My husband and I travelled from Pretoria and decided to stop over at Richards Bay on route to the South Coast. The trip had been most unpleasant with heavy traffic and a flat tyre just outside the town. So we were quite stressed. As we entered the town we saw McDonalds which reminded us how hungry and tired we were. I'm afraid we must have looked a sorry sight as we walked into the store. But what a good choice that was - the staff were super-friendly and our order was handled efficiently. In the meantime we had flopped down exhausted. We were approached by the Manager/owner ? Cliff Styles who was very sympathetic and concerned. He brought us over a coffee - showed my husband where he could clean up (his hands still dirty from the tyre change) and also advised us on a nice B&B to stay overnight. The friendliness and assistance made us feel a whole lot better and rounded off a bad day with a good experience. Well done McDonalds Richards Bay. We will be back!!! | |||
