The report is specifically related to the Durban branch which is opposite the mercedes benz dealership. The chairs are extremely and unhygienic. The backs of the chairs looks disgusting to say the least. I had spoken to the manager several times about the state of the chairs. He promised that the chairs would be cleaned up. In fact i have seen the staff wipe the cloth with wet rags. This actually makes it look even worse than previous. |
