UNPAID REFUND

I HAVE PURCHASED A MEAL FOR R128.25 AT MCDONALD ON THE 18TH NOVEMBER 2011, I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED FROM MY DEBIT CARD. I HAVE VISITED THE SHOP SEVERAL TIMES AND I WAS REQUESTED TO BRING MY BANK STATEMENT BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO DATE.

EVERYTIME I GO THERE I AM REQUESTED TO BRING A BANK STATEMENT AND ASKED THEM WHY DON'T YO CHECK YOUR BOOKS TO SEE IF YOU HAVE GIVEN ME A REFUND THEN GET BACK TO ME. THEY HAVE ALL MY THE CONTACT AND ACCOUNT DETAILS BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE YET
