Hi, I made a booking at MacDonald's in Lenasia for my daughters birthday which took place on the 6/2/2012. I understand that most of the parties takes place over a weekend. My child goes to a Montessori and could only have it during a weekday. It was agreed by the person in charge over the phone and I went to pay the deposit. On arrival at the venue, the person behind the counter was the party organiser and looked at me as if what party? There was no communication... and I felt so embarrassed as there were customers there and the kids from the school were on there way. No preparations were made in advance for my child. When one asked for a knife to cut the cake then the response that I got was go and ask your party organiser I am busy.... but there were no customers. Attitude was bad really bad. When the kids were leaving then we were told that they are going to get ice cream... So overall I am a unhappy customer. |
