| Is McDonalds not suppose to be fast?I've been at this branche on three occasions and everytime I order food it takes between 15 and 20min, on Sunday I was the only one in the que and it still took that long. I have ordered Chocolate Milkshake twice now and received a Vanilla both of which was due to the staff not checking the levels on the machine.But last knight was the final straw, after learning that I can't have the promotional burger as the promotion is ending on this day (Why can't I have it if the promotion on the day it ends?)& then having to wait 20min for my food, I have to walk back as I didn't get any straws in my bag. Junior the manager of all things is busy behind the till so i ask him for some straws he then tells me that there are straws over there and points behind me. I then point behind him and say,well there are some straws behind you as well and as this is a take away your staff should have provided me with some.He then says well you can get those yourself *** I'm not handing you these behind me.Nice isn't it, perfect service, perfect speed, and a perfect attitude!You should have a look a KFC and how they treat customers! | |||
