| I bought myself a Lunch time value meal (like I usually do) as I work in the area and I have never complained about their food or service before. But I didn't even bother to eat the chips further, I rather threw it away. It tasted as if they were fried 3 X and the chips had black marks on them. So either they were burnt or fried in old oil. I kept my slip and then went back to report it. The Manager, Agnus was not very helpful. She didn't offer me a free meal or to replace my chips. As a dedicated customer of McDonalds, I am very dissapointed in their service. | |||
