I recently moved to the area and, on 3 (three) guilty occasions, when health went out of the window, have visited McDonalds and used their drive through. On ALL THREE occasions, despite not having ordered anything complicated, I have been requested to park my car and wait for the order and have ended up waiting for more than 5 minutes on each occasion. Now, I know that this is not an excessively long time, but, other McDonalds branches have the order ready, hanging out of the collection window, when you drive up to it, which raises the question as to why Craighall Park is unable to manage the same. This, despite it having been quiet, whenever I have gone, so they cannot blame high volumes. Anyway, I see that they don't respond, so am probably wasting my breath, but, for what it's worth, rather go to the KFC 100 metres down the road. They're quick and efficient. |
