The closest MacDonald's to me is the one on Honeydew Beyers Naude. New branch only opened in 2010.Therefore would expect for service to be tops to build business.Have bought take aways there many many times with hard earned money.Twice it happened that when I opened my order at home and it was wrong but left it as it was not worth my while to drive back for confrontation.Last night while ordering I did in a friendly manner asked if they would make double sure when packing the order as twice it happened that I only discovered at home it was wrong.BIG MISTAKE !!!. The staff's attitude immediately changed towards me. If though they really have no time now for some annoying ******.Ordered Fish-o-fillet and was priced on the board above the kitchen to public as 15.95 but when I checked the slip after paying I was billed 16.95. Once again in friendly manner asked why is this ? BIG MISTAKE !!! Almost in a screaming voice one staff member announced ..." head office !!.. we work with head office's prices.." and banged her computer-till with her hand. I am not a house pet or GR1 student. I am a hard working Corporate that spend my money on your poor service. |
