I was next in the queue at Mcdonalds braamfontein with me as the only person of the queue. The attendent in the front ignored me with no acknoledgement. Granted that this staff was counting cash, but to keep a customer waiting for 5 minutes and no response is pathetic. And to top it all off, the staff member decided to help someone after me. One of the other staff members then tells me to go in another queue. I mean what the **** ! I thought first come first serve. This branch service is terrible, to say the least. |
