Rude staff and untrustworthy

On 21.01.2012 I placed an order at the McDonalds in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. In ordered 2 x Quarter pounder deluxe meals. The guy asked me if I wanted large meals. I replied no I want medium. When I received my slip and order I realised I have been charged for large meals and not medium like I ordered. I told the guy the slip was wrong and I wanted medium and I also received medium meals. I explained that the slip was wrong and the change I received was incorrect. The lady that gave me the meal at the window said she will go and collect the correct change. I then received R7.25 change from the R100 I gave the guy. I requested the correct slip that shows the medium meals. The manager (Lucky Mabuza) than came and literally threw the change (R15.85) into my hand. He did not apologise about the mistake or gave me the correct slip. He was very rude and did not provide any customer service. They then requested that I go and stop in the parking as I was in the drive thru. I am really upset with the service and especially from the "manager" and will complain on every possible site to make people aware of what is happening at McDonalds Nelspruit and to watch out for the shady business
