| I arrived @ the Mcdonalds Lambton, placed my order @ 2:06am 04/02/2012 I went through the drive through as I understand the security risk of not having the doors opened. I paid and was told to park @ the front while they get my order ready. They were about 3 cars that were before me and then there was another car that came after me. The guy that came after me, just parked and walked to the window to place an order. He had his order and left before me. I walked up to the window @ 2:40 only to find that my order was given to the wrong person. Why did they not request to see his slip ? The other 3 cars were gone and there was only the two cars there, mine and the other customer. My order was given to someone that never went through the drive through. I requested a refund as I could not wait any longer as they said I needed t wait another 10min to get another order ready. Not on guys! It would have been almost an hour just for burgers. | |||
