I went to Mcdonalds for lunch today only to get terrible service and still get the wrong food and juice that I never ordered. The guy at the till was absolutly hopeless he couldnt even communicate properly to take my order from me, once i recieved my order he still got it wrong from what i had said to him and i made it clear as to what i wanted from them. When i questioned why i had two orange juices on my tray i simply got a bad attitude answer "you ordered it" so i said to him that that was not the case please will he refund my money for that which he did but he gave me attitude and still did not apologize for the incorrect order or anything Add a new Mcdonalds Report Inappropriate report?
