Mcdonalds really do not know customer service |

On Friday night 20 Jan, at about 10pm, it was after Mcdonalds closed, we where advised to use the drive through for our orders. Getting to the drive through, not sure was it because we did not use the car as it was at the parking area, we waited for couple of minutes for assistance. I ordered first from a lady named Mapula, what a bad attitude she gave me, as if they were making me a favour. My friend also wanted to buy, after me and there was a car waiting to place an order, this lady opted to assist the car before my friend and did not even care. After paying for my food, the food was literally thrown at me and when asked for a manager the lady at the receiving point refused to give her name and walked off. Surelly that was the last time for me dealing with Mcdonalds...
