How difficult is it to listen to what your customer orders, and then order it?? Twice in a row now, I've order a Sausage Egg McMuffin Meal. !st time, got no egg.. and was told i HAVE to take coffee as they dont have juice. 2nd time, got Bacon instead of Sausage. I only open my meal when i'm 30km's away at my office. This morning i specifically pronounced my order slowly and clearly, and double check at the collection that it was indeed a Sausage Egg mcmuffin. Yes it was i was told.. Really McDonalds Umhlanga.. train your staff, or get people that can communicate better in English. |
