I am currently still sitting at the McDonald's on Zambezi drive. I came in for a breakfast (as I do at various branches on a regular basis) only to find that they do not have milk for the free coffee. Not too serious I thought, I will just have a meal with an orange juice. The next problem is that they do not have the hash browns either. I asked to speak to the manager to let her know that I am not happy. I could see into the office where she was standing when called and could see the long face and shaking head for about a minute before she eventually decided to come see me. No apologies, just "we don't have". I even suggested going to the local Spar or garage shop in order to keep customers happy but she was not interested. I hope the wind does not change direction or she might be stuck with that sour face! |
