| On monday the 16/01/12 at around 6pm I went to mcdonalds in amanzimtoti I purchased a burger with fries and had the meal there.That evening when I returned home to portshepstone at around 10pm the symptoms started.I didn't think much of it at first but it continued the next day and went on for a few days until I decided I had to seek medical help.the symptoms were diarrhoea,tummy cramps,dehydration.My doctor confirmed with me it was a case of food poisoning and advised me.I then remembered the last meal I had before I got ill.On the 20/01/12 my husband contacted macdonalds they said they would investigate the incident and get back to us soon.On the 24/01/11 the manager from macdonalds contacted me jus to take my details which I had already given the previous week.He didn't have any answers for me and said he would get back to me he hasn't since.I as a valued customer is very disappointed with what has hapend to me and I wouldn't want any other customer to go through it.I was sick for a week I couldn't go to work and had unneccessary medical expenses.I want to know what is mcdonalds going to do about it??? | |||
