Failure to live up to their deal |

While browsing the Internet , i read that McDonald's were advertising , a lunch value meal , which stated that for R24.95 you got a burger , medium fries and med coke , It stipulated that this offer was available every day between 12pm and 3Pm.After consulting with my staff I decided to take a drive down to the outlet at Odd Fort Rd and get 5 of these specials for my staff for lunch. On arrival there ,the sales assistant , then tells me that this special is only on during the week.I told her that the advert McDonald's put out on the net said otherwise.No matter how i protested she was wrong , she just shrugged her shoulders and helped another customer.After driving especially down to buy lunch for my staff, i had to waste time and go to another takeaway to buy lunch for my staff , at a higher cost in money and time.What a terrible attitude displayed by McDonalds staff. After supporting you scince the begining , you will certainly not get my business again.I have a good mind of going to consumer rights , for misleading the public due to your bad advertising.
