I sent the following via email to McDonalds customer "care" on Saturday. They opened it on Monday- I got the read receipt. Today, 48 hours later, no response. But that doesn't surprise me, judging by the number of unanswered bad comments here in hp.
"At about 930 today I went to the McDonalds in Bruma, Johannesburg, and ordered 3 Quarter Pounder meals at the drive through. We were told at the collection window that we would have to park and wait, because our meals were not ready. The carpark and the drive through were both very quiet- it was not a busy time. Anyway I asked how long it would take; the woman said one minute. Haha! Over five minutes elapsed before our meals were brought to the car.
Then the buns on all three of our meals were stale.
I went inside to use the toilet. The shop was still not busy, yet most of the waiting customers were complaining about how slow the service was. There was a car parked at the collection window when I went in; when I came out it was still waiting.
Lastly, the national flag was flown on the wrong flagpole. There is a protocol governing which flagpole a nation’s flag should be on, if there is more than one pole."
