My friend had a mechanical fault on her Fiat Palio. On arriving at McCarthy VW Gezina to talk to the Sales Rep, who was already on holiday; we spoke to Oscar (Sales Manager) who was quick to respond and resolve the issue that my friend had and get her back on the road. Oscar understands the value of customer satisfaction long after the sale. His pro-active nature and understanding of his business from the customer's point of view makes him an invaluable member of McCarthy's team. Well done on your excellent service, Oscar. |
