I took my car in for some repairs on 25 Jan 2012. I specifically asked that my window regulator be replaced and the shocks checked. Werner called me and forwarded a quote with all work that they recommend be done. I replied asking that the window regulator and steering knuckles should please be done. Werner was very friendly and, although they were extremely busy, made an effort to communicate with me. I noticed that additional small tasks had been done, for example the gearknob had been glued and the handbrake adjusted. I'm not sure what else I might not have even noticed. I appreciate the effort and personal service offered by McCarthy's Garsfontein. It's not surprising that they are so busy. I will definitely wait in line to be assisted by these professionals again. |
