| My son bought a VW Polo from McCarthy Volswagen in December 2011. In January he experience a problem that the car didn't want to start. The vehicle was taken to McCarthy and the McCarthy team spent an enormous time to find the fault. They even phoned the tracking company for assistance. At all stages were they very professional and friendly. They even create time in their planning and service the vehicle whilst it was there, which saved me a lot of time as it was not necessary for me to bring it back in a week again. The car ("the silver bullet") is back on the road, my son is smiling and I am happy. Thank you to Chris en Philllip for their excellent service. | |||
